What size companies do you work with?
We typically work with companies that have existing engineering teams (10-200 engineers) facing scaling challenges. We're not the right fit for early-stage startups building their first product.
Do you do staff augmentation?
No. We work on defined projects or embedded engagements with clear scope. We're not a body shop—we bring expertise and ownership, not just hours.
What's your typical engagement length?
Most projects run 3-6 months. Some transformation work extends longer. We structure engagements in phases so there are natural checkpoints.
Do you work on-site?
We work remotely by default, with occasional on-site time for kickoffs or workshops if helpful. We're flexible based on what the work requires.
